Lawyers at JFCY would have argued that\u00a0a principal and school board cannot use powers under\u00a0ss. 265 (1)(m)\u00a0and\u00a0305\u00a0of the\u00a0<em>Education Act\u00a0<\/em>to transfer students to another school once the student\u2019s suspensions have been completed and they would otherwise return to their home school.
