All placements for the current summer term (May 1 – August 31, 2026) have been filled.

For the upcoming academic year (Fall 2026 – Winter/Spring 2027), all positions have been filled. Exception: PBSC students speak to your co-ordinators.

JFCY hosts a limited number of students each year for placements. To ensure every student receives dedicated mentorship, our supervisory capacity is strictly limited to a small cohort each year. We prioritize placement opportunities to law students, social work, and community and social services students.

• Law students: if you are interested in spending time at JFCY as part of your education, speak to your PBSC co-ordinator or careers office for options.

• Social Work and Community and Social Services students: speak to your placement office; or contact us by email: general@jfcy.clcj.ca

• Articling: we currently do not have funding for articling positions. Any future vacancies will be listed on ourr Job Postings page.
